Terms & Privacy Policy

SITE TERMS

In these terms any reference to Standtosprint shall mean WSA RPUK Limited which is trading as Standtosprint and words “we,” or “us” shall be interpreted accordingly. This page explains the terms by which you may use our website (“Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) and to the collection and use of your information as set forth in the Privacy Policy below, whether or not you are a registered user of our Website or our services. IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR AN ENTITY, THEN YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT AND TO COLCTION AND USE OF TINFORMATION AS SET FORTH IN THE PRIVACY POLICY ON BEHALF OF THAT COMPANY OR ENTITY. Standtosprint reserves the right to make unilateral modifications to these terms and will provide notice of these changes as described below. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Website (“Users”). Please read this Agreement carefully to ensure that you understand each provision. 


1. Use of Our Website. The Website provides a place for you to learn information about Standtosprint and its products. Standtosprint’s products and services are governed by separate commercial terms. If you would like to purchase any products or services from Standtosprint, please contact us by going to the Contact section of our Website.
A. Eligibility This is a contract between you and Standtosprint for the use of the Website. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website. You may use the Website only if you can form a binding contract with Standtosprint, and only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable local, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. The Website is not available to any Users previously removed from the Website by Standtosprint.
B. Website Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Website for your internal business use only and as permitted by the features of the Website. Standtosprint reserves all rights not expressly granted herein in the Website and the Standtosprint Content (as defined below). Standtosprint may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.
C. Website Rules You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Website in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to Standtosprint servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser (except that Standtosprint grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy publically available materials from https://www.standtosprint.com/ for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials); (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Website; (v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Website; (vii) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Website; (viii) using the Website for any commercial solicitation purposes; (ix) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (x) interfering with the proper working of the Website; (xi) accessing any content on the Website through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Website; or (xii) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Website, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Website or the content therein.
Accessing any audiovisual content that may be available on the Website for any purpose or in any manner other than Streaming (as defined below) is expressly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the functionality of the Website. “Streaming” means a contemporaneous digital transmission of an audiovisual work via the Internet from the Website to a User’s device in such a manner that the data is intended for real-time viewing (if any) and not intended to be copied, stored, permanently downloaded, or redistributed by the User.
We may, without prior notice, change the Website; stop providing the Website or features of the Website, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the Website. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Website without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of this Agreement, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Website Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Standtosprint shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.


2. Our Proprietary Rights The Website and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, functionality report/s, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and music (the “Standtosprint Content”), and all intellectual property rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Standtosprint and its licensors. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from any Standtosprint Content. Use of the Standtosprint Content for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited.


3. No Professional Advice If the Website provides professional information (for example, medical, legal, or financial), such information is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. No action should be taken based upon any information contained on the Website. You should seek independent professional and legal advice from a person who is licensed and/or qualified in the applicable area.


4. Privacy We care about the privacy of our Users. You understand that by using the Websites you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information and aggregate data as set forth in our Privacy Policy as referenced above, and to have your personally identifiable information collected, used, transferred to and processed in accordance with it.


5. Security Standtosprint cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.


6. Third-Party Links and Information The Website may contain links to third-party materials that are not owned or controlled by Standtosprint. Standtosprint does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access a third-party website or service from the Website, you do so at your own risk, and you understand that this Agreement and Standtosprint’s Privacy Policy do not apply to your use of such sites. You expressly relieve Standtosprint from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website, service, or content even if such use is intended to enable services provided by Standtosprint or required for processing your orde/s. Additionally, your dealings with or participation in promotions of advertisers found on the Website, including payment and delivery of goods, and any other terms (such as warranties) are solely between you and such advertisers. You agree that Standtosprint shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such advertisers and providers.


7. Indemnity You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Standtosprint and its subsidiaries, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated companies, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Website, including any data or content transmitted or received by you; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement, including without limitation your breach of any of the representations and warranties above; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any right of privacy or intellectual property rights; (iv) your violation of any applicable law, rule or regulation; (v) any content that is submitted by you or someone on your behalf, including without limitation misleading, false, or inaccurate information; (vi) your willful misconduct; or (vii) any other party’s access and use of the Website with your unique username, password or other appropriate security code.


8. No Warranty The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of the Website is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Standtosprint or through the Website will create any warranty not expressly stated herein. Without limiting the foregoing, Standtosprint, its subsidiaries, its affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable or correct; that the Website will meet your requirements; that the Website will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Website is free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Website is downloaded at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or mobile device or loss of data that results from such download or your use of the Website.
Except where expressly prohibited by applicable law, Standtosprint does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or Website advertised or offered by a third party through the Website or any hyperlinked Website or Website, and Standtosprint will not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between you and third-party providers of products or services.


9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Standtosprint, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Website. Under no circumstances will Standtosprint be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorized access or use of the Website or the information contained therein.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Standtosprint assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our Website; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Website; (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Website by any third party; (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Website; and/or (vii) user content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall Standtosprint, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable to you for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses or costs in an amount exceeding the amount you paid to Standtosprint hereunder or £100, whichever is greater.
This limitation of liability section applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Standtosprint has been advised of the possibility of such damage. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction, however nothing herein shall exclude or limit any loss or liability arising as a result of fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury or death caused by us.
The disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations of liability under this Agreement will not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.


10. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action/Jury Trial Waiver
A. Governing Law.  This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. 
B. Mediation. Parties agree that each shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to resolve any disputes relating to this Agreement under mediation, however nothing shall prohibit either party from referring the matter to English courts in the event that parties were unable to reach an agreement under mediation. 


11. General
A. Assignment. This Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by Standtosprint without restriction. Any attempted transfer or assignment in violation hereof shall be null and void.
B. Notification Procedures and Changes to the Agreement. Standtosprint may provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business related purposes, to you via email notice, written or hard copy notice, or through posting of such notice on our Website, as determined by Standtosprint in our sole discretion. Standtosprint reserves the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to our Users, provided that you may opt out of certain means of notification as described in this Agreement. Standtosprint is not responsible for any automatic filtering you or your network provider may apply to email notifications we send to the email address you provide us. Standtosprint may, in its sole discretion, modify or update this Agreement from time to time, and so you should review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future Terms of Use, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Website.
C. Entire Agreement/Severability. This Agreement, together with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Standtosprint in connection with the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Standtosprint concerning the Website. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
D. No Waiver. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Standtosprint’s failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to all the products, services, websites and apps offered by WSA RPUK Limited trading as Standtosprint (“Standtosprint”) except where otherwise noted. We refer to those products, services, websites and apps collectively as the “services” in this policy. 
References to "data" in this Privacy Policy will refer to whatever data you use our services to collect, whether it be survey responses, data collected in a report or a form, or data inserted on a site hosted by us . Reference to personal information or just information, means information about you personally collected from you by us for the performance of our obligations to you in relation to our services and for billing.
 
2. Information we collect
2.1 Who are “you”?
(i) You subscribe to a service (on behalf of the company as specified in the order form you submit) from Standtosprint and you either request a creation of a report based on a particular search criteria or you directly create reports, forms, applications, or questionnaires
(ii) You are just visiting one of our websites because you are curious.
2.2 Information we or our partners/service providers collect about you.
•    Contact Information (for example an email address).
You might provide us with your contact information, whether through use of our services, a form on our website, an interaction with our sales or customer support team, or a response to one of Standtosprint’s own surveys.
•    Usage information.
Usage information about you whenever you interact with our websites and services. This includes which webpages you visit, what you click on, when you perform those actions, what language preference you have, what you buy and so on.
•    Device and browser data.
Information from the device and application you use to access our services. Device data mainly means your IP address, operating system version, device type, device ID/MAC address,system and performance information, and browser type. If you are on a mobile device we also collect the UUID for that device.
•    Log Data.
Like most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers. The log files contain data about the nature of each access, including originating IP addresses, internet service providers, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system versions, device type and timestamps.
•    Referral information.
If you arrive at a Standtosprint website from an external source (such as a link on another website or in an email), we record information about the source that referred you to us.
Information from third parties and integration partners.
We collect your personal information from third parties where, for example, you give permission to those third parties to share your information with us or where you have made that information publicly available online.Account Information
•    Registration information.
You need a Standtosprint account before you can use Standtosprint services. When you register for an account, we collect your first and last name, username, password and email address. 
•    Billing information.
If you make a payment to Standtosprint, we require you to provide your billing details, a name, address, email address and financial information corresponding to your selected method of payment (e.g. a credit card number and expiration date or a bank account number). If you provide a billing address, we will regard that as the location of the account holder to determine which Standtosprint entity with whom you contract and the sales tax, if applicable, to be applied to your purchase.
•    Report/form/application data.
We store your survey/form/application data (questions and responses) for you and provide analysis tools for you to use with respect to this data.

3. How we use the information we collect
We process personal data about you either with your consent or in order to:
•    Fulfill our contractual responsibility to deliver the services to you;
•    To pursue Standtosprint’s legitimate interests of:
•    improving service experience; and
•    developing new products and service features.
We don’t use these types of tracking and third party cookies on our websites however some of our service providers and pattners may do so:
Cookies and Similar technology.
Third party data and advertising platforms that we work with may use or combine multiple technologies, such as cookies, page tags, mobile identifiers and IP addresses to infer users’ common identities across different services and multiple devices such as tablets, browsers, and mobile phones. We may do so, for instance, to tailor ads to users, to enable us to determine the success of our advertising campaigns and to improve upon them. These third party data and advertising platforms may sometimes use data that we provide to them in order to improve their technologies and their ability to match common devices to users. 
We process your personal information in the following categories of data for legitimate interests pursued by us, which are described in detail in this Privacy Policy. We have undertaken to ensure that we place clear limitations on each of these uses so that your privacy is respected and only the information necessary to achieve these legitimate aims is used. Our primary goal is to improve upon and make sure our services and messaging are relevant for all our users, while also ensuring that personal information of all users is respected and protected.
Contact Information.
We use contact information to respond to your inquiries, send you information as part of the services, and send you marketing information (for as long as you do not opt-out).
How you use our services.
We use information about how you use our services to improve our services for you and all users.
Device and browser data.
We use device data both to troubleshoot problems with our service and to make improvements to it. We don’t but our partners and suppliers may also infer your geographic location based on your IP address.
Referral information.
We use referral information to track the success of our integrations and referral processes.
Third parties and integrations.
We collect and use information from third parties and integration partners to:
•    To personalize our services for you; and
•    Ensure you can use our service in conjunction with other services.
Service and Marketing uses.
•    Profiling. We combine information about you from third party sources with information we hold about you to create a user profile, which will help us to make our sales and marketing efforts more relevant to you and to personalize and improve your service experience.
•    Machine learning. We use machine learning techniques on certain data in order to provide users with useful statistics and more relevant insights from the data they have collected using our services and to optimize our marketing campaigns and for fraud detection. 
•    To manage our services we will also internally use your information and data, for the following limited purposes:
•    To enforce our agreements where applicable.
•    Legal uses.
To respond to legal requests or prevent fraud, we may need to use and disclose information or data we hold about you. If we receive a court order or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.
We collect and use the following on the basis that we have to use this information in order to fulfill our contract with you:
•    Your Account Information.
We need to use your account information to run your account, provide you with services, bill you for our services, and contact you about your service or account. We occasionally send you communications of a transactional nature (e.g. service-related announcements, billing-related matters, changes to our services or policies, a welcome email when you first register). You cannot opt out of these communications since they are required to provide our services to you.
•    3.2 Your Profile.
We process other aspects of your account information (like the personal information you provide about your job, your company, and your marketing preferences) as well as information obtained from public sources and useful marketing information as well as to make other product, feature and service recommendations to you and your organization to optimize use of the services we offer.
You can object to us using your information as described above but in some cases, our ability to fully and properly provide our services to you may be impacted if you do not want us to collect or use the above data.
•    3.3 Visitors
We process personal data about you where:
•    You have consented or;
•    Standtosprint’s legitimate interests of:
•    improving service experience; and
•    developing new products and service features.
In each of the instances where we describe how we use your data in this Privacy Policy, we have identified which of these grounds for processing we are relying upon.
When you have consented we collect and use the following information about you:
•    Contact Information.
We use contact information to respond to your inquiries, send you information as part of the services, and send you marketing information (as long as you have agreed to this at the point of providing your information and for as long as you do not opt-out).
Examples
We provide your email address to a member of our sales team who will contact you if you submitted an inquiry through one of the online forms on our site. You will also receive marketing communications from us if you have consented to this at the point where you provided your information. We will always provide you with the means to opt-out of this marketing at any time.

Examples
We collect information about the webpages you have visited and your activity on our sites at an aggregate level. We collect this information so that we can track the most visited and most useful parts of our website to identify what are our most popular services.

4. Information we share
We do not share your information or data with third parties outside Standtosprint except in the following limited circumstances:
•    To help us provide certain aspects of our services we use our affiliates and trusted key partners – in particular, we engage third parties to:
•    facilitate our email collectors for sending surveys by email to Respondents.
•    facilitate customers in making credit card payments.
•    deliver and help us track our marketing and advertising content.
•    help us track website conversion success metrics.
•    manage our sales and customer support services to you.
•    We also may have to share information or data in order to:
•    meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
•    enforce applicable policies, including investigation of potential violations.
•    detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
•    protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or to Standtosprint and/or as required or permitted by law.
•    facilitate a sale, merger or change in control of all or any part of our company or business or in preparation for any of these events.

5. Cookies
Don’t currently use this but our partners and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies on their websites or services. 
Cookies are small bits of data stored on the device you use to access our services so repeat users can be recognized. 

6. Security
We use industry standard online storage tools such as google drive, dropbox and others and we ensure that the security passwords are often changed to ensure good level of security.

7. Data Retention
If you subscribe for or services, we will hold your details on account for up to 6 years for legal reasons. Your data including personal data shall be stored in google drive on google’s standard google drive terms.

8. Safety of Minors
Our services are not intended for and may not be used by minors. “Minors” are individuals under the age of 18 (or under a higher age if permitted by the laws of their residence). Standtosprint does not knowingly collect personal data from Minors or allow them to subscribe. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal data from a Minor, we may delete this information without notice. If you have reason to believe that this has occurred, please contact us.
9. Data Transfers and Privacy Shield Certification
Your information and data may be processed in and transferred or disclosed in the United States and countries in which our service providers are located or have servers. We use services such as Google drive in ordee to maintain your Personal data that you provided in order to subscribe.

10. Changes to our Privacy Policy
We can make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. In circumstances where a change will materially change the way in which we collect or use your personal information or data, we will send a notice of this change to all of our subscribers.

11. Personalized marketing
You can opt-out from direct marketing in your account and we provide opt-out options in all direct marketing emails. 

12. Your rights
You have certain legal rights to obtain information about whether we hold personal information about you, to access personal information we hold about you, and to obtain its correction, update, amendment or deletion in appropriate circumstances. Some of these rights may be subject to some exceptions or limitations. We will respond to your request to exercise these rights within a reasonable time (and in all cases within 30 days of receiving a request).
